The Ridge House comprises two pavilions with north facing aspects; each room, deck or patio area has its own unique view.
The north pavilion has three bedrooms. The master bedroom with queen bed walk-in-wardrobe and a large bathroom with a luxurious bath features glorious views of the surrounding hills. A second queen bedroom, and a twin single bedroom, shared bathroom as well as a family room complete this pavilion.
The south pavilion has queen bedroom and a twin single bedroom. There is also a sofa bed in the family room.
*Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with an open plan dining and lounge opening onto the main deck. Separate TV/family areas
* COOL ONLY air-conditioner in the kitchen / lounge / dining space for your comfort and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. In-slab hydronic heating throughout the house and a high-capacity gas heater in the in the kitchen / lounge / dining space.
*Off-Grid Solar power, Two large decks one with gas BBQ, Outdoor fire-pit with rustic seating, Pet Friendly
*3 bathrooms, internal large modern laundry.
* Passive solar energy efficient layout runs on its own stand-alone solar power system and stores rainwater in two large tanks.
