Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Light, bright, exceptionally clean, well appointed. Balcony overlooks a man-made lake with ducks, swans and koi. Located close to the river with easy access for kayaks, fishing and SUP’s. Handy having the tavern right there too.

Negative: The surrounding area (not the house we stayed in) is quite dated. Pool was freezing, tennis courts were pretty old and buildings around the pool area were dilapidated. Recently been broken into and vandalised with no attempt to clean up the damage or mess left by the vandals. As unsightly as this was, it didn’t detract from our stay.

Summary: Took the kids on a short staycay. We enjoyed having easy access yo the river. Mandurah city centre only 15 mins away a
