The space
One very unique space with amazing views of Mount Kaputar, watch the stars before you sleep with a massive skylight that automatically opens with a shutterblind for during the day to keep the heat and sunlight out with automatic shut feature when it rains.
Windows have a view of Mt Kaputar & Mt Ningadhun or of the property, the loft features a cosy eva memory foam matress & pillows with hemp linen + bamboo quilt & blanket, cushions + handnitted throwover are also on the couch which can also be converted into a 2nd bed (no blankets etc provided for 2nd bed option)
Guest access
Front access gate needs to be closed at all times
Anywhere that is mowed (Avoid going to the old shed on the property)
Creek at the back has a mowed path, please avoid going into the electric fence area with the cows
Other things to note
Also features a stage riser deck with a large memory foam bean bag and 2 camping chairs with exterior lights
2x Waterproof high powered Rgbw led lights is provided by Dance Party Hire which can be plugged outside to light the 2 large trees near the tiny house (host can either prep or give instructions on how to set up outside)
Telstra Celfi Go is in the Tiny House, usually good enough to stream Netflix or YouTube off your phone (must be on the telstra network)
Best to have the air-conditioning off before sunset and open windows in spring/summer eitherwise the auto start generator might turn on, please try and be wary of power usage especially at night and keep the AC timer to preset (if generator turns on, turn off Aircon, let it run for 10 or so minutes than flick the generator off, the solar will charge it the next day)
Be very wary of the door, must hold and shut when using as the wind will fling it back onto one of the windows which can cause damage, if preferred hook the door latch and use the slimline fly screen (great feature if your staying with children)
Offgrid laundry can be used by guests
Watch out for snakes and other wildlife
