3 Bedroom House in Green Head
New holiday house in Green Head approx. 2.5hours from Perth.
The bedroom configuration is 2 x large bedrooms with queen beds and an extra large bunk room with 2 x bunks, 1 x large single/small double bed and 1 single bed.
In total the house can legally sleep up to 10 PEOPLE.
We do not allow extra mattresses - 10 people is the absolute maximum.
The house has 2 x bathrooms.
One is an ensuite to one of the queen bedrooms. The ensuite contains a shower, basin and a toilet.
The other bathroom is larger and contains a shower, a bath, a basin, but no toilet.
There is a separate communal toilet off the laundry.
The house is self contained with a grassed back yard, heaps of parking for a boat and cars. Plenty of seating for lounging and dinning, alfresco with BBQ and a wood fired heater with wood supplied for winter. The pictures describe it best!
There is satellite TV & a DVD player, with a huge selection of DVD's for viewing.
Also, (If you're old enough to remember!!) a good ole VHS player with plenty of rather interesting, good ole videos to watch!
When booking, please keep in mind our minimum nightly stays:
* Over a public holiday long weekend -2/ 3 night minimum.
* Over the Easter or Christmas holidays - 4 night minimum.
Guests may stay for one night only, but will be asked to cover the cost of a house clean.
Pets are welcome, though we ask that they please remain outside at all times.
The Al Fresco area is well protected and the backyard is totally enclosed and safe.
A totally refundable pet bond will be collected, then refunded after your departure.
