The property also features a large fully fenced grassed area below the pool deck, perfect for letting the kids run around freely.
The accommodation wing comprises 4 generous bedrooms with walk-in robes sleeping up to 15 guests, 3 bathrooms - including a grand master suite with an en-suite with stunning bay windows. There is a 7 bed bunk room, complete with wall mount TV and adjacent en-suite alongside a 4 bed bunk room for endless summer family fun. Additionally, there’s are 2 separate powder rooms , gas ducted heating and Split system cooling throughout, ceiling fans, there is ample parking. With all the space provided in a cul-de-sac position, you are sure to melt into the luxury and privacy of the home.
The four bedrooms comprise of:
1 x King (sleeps 2)
1 x Queen (sleeps 2) plus day bed
2 x long single beds (can convert to king bed) plus bunk bed (sleeps 4)
2 x single bunk beds, one tri bunk (queen on bottom/ King single single on top) (sleeps 7)
****This property sleeps a maximum of 11 adults - due to bunk beds and day bed not being suitable for adults
