Granite Townhouse is unique in that it was built by local surfie tradesmen using local granite and recycled timber salvaged from the original old house. It exudes a warm, friendly energy & although it is right in the hub it is quiet & peaceful. It is fully self-contained within minutes walking distance of shopping centres, cafes, the local cinema, hotels, the foreshore and within minutes drive to spectacular beaches.
Sleeping - There are three bedrooms, 2 with queen-size beds & one with a double/single bunk bed sleeping a maximum of 6 people. The main upstairs bedroom has its own en-suite, balcony with a 5 piece buffet setting to enjoy a quiet evening drink, fan, air con & wall TV. Each bedroom is fully equipped with comfortable bed, bedding and ample cupboard space for the longer stay.
Bathroom - the main bathroom has a separate shower and bath to soak off those lazy days at the beach.
Living - The open plan living area has high timber ceilings and is furnished with leather recliners, a leather couch, 2 coffee tables, a 42" TV free netflix, free WIFI and reverse cycle air-conditioning.
Kitchen - The large open kitchen is fully equipped and features recycled timber bench tops and a rather interesting tree trunk.
Dining room - The dining room features a quality 6 seater extendable wooden table with matching dresser.
All the rooms display art works by local artist Geoff Smith. Geoff was also the stonemason.
Laundry - Contains front load washing machine & dryer
Patio - The back patio is quiet & peaceful and features an outdoor setting and BBQ.
