This modern Trevally villa offers spacious living and entertainment on the upper level for your holiday enjoyment. From the balcony deck take in the view of the main swimming pool and the full length of the lagoon with its water fountain features and birdlife. Socialise over a barbecue and a drink or two on the upper deck, using the table for 8 outdoor setting. Enjoy your morning or afternoon cuppa on the upper or lower decks making use of the DeLonghi expresso machine (pods not provided).
The Villa provides a high standard of living, has reverse cycle air conditioning, spacious living area and well equipped kitchen facilities.
The Trevally features 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests. All bedrooms and main bathroom are located on the ground floor and have built in robes. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and opens out to a private deck overlooking the lagoon and comes with an ensuite. Bedroom two has a Queen size bed and bedroom three has a double trio bunk bed (single upper and double below). Bedrooms two and three have access to a generous size bathroom with toilet, vanity & a large shower.

The Villa is located in the South Shores Resort in a secured gated community setting – great for the kids to explore the walking paths, native environment and play areas. In addition to the lagoon, the complex offers landscaped gardens maintained by an onsite caretaker, 2 communal swimming pools, reserve area, kid’s playground, a basketball court and bike track. The resort is set alongside a secluded bay with a beautiful white sandy beach which is accessed via a board walk from the resort. Within walking distance of the well known Normanville jetty and Acqua Blue Beach Café where you can enjoy a treat.
All the while the kids are safe and sound exploring the walking paths, native environment and play areas South Shores Resort provides.
Just a short distance to the Normanville and Yankalilla townships, where you can experience the local bakeries and pub meals, cafes and takeaway eateries and access supermarkets for your grocery shopping.
The Links Lady Bay Resort, including the renowned Links Golf Course is close by.
Various sporting opportunities, bushwalking, fishing and local wineries to visit. Also on route to Cape Jervis, Kangaroo Island and about 30 minutes to Victor Harbor.
