Sit and relax on one of the many covered and uncovered outdoor areas with a variety of outdoor furniture and day beds to choose from. The large balcony that runs directly off the downstairs studio has a large Gas BBQ, outdoor sink and outdoor seating is the perfect spot to enjoy the peaceful surrounds with friends and family.
Enjoy a relaxing afternoon on the private jetty and boat shed.
Guests cannot dock their boats on the jetty as there may be other boats parked.
On the main level of the property, there are 3 Queen size bedrooms with ceiling fans, the main bathroom with bath and the large open plan living/dining with fully equipped modern kitchen.

Blackwall is a 10 minute drive to Ettalong Beach where there are many shops, restaurants, cafe's, supermarket and the iconic Cinema Paradiso and markets. The Ettalong Ferry will connect you to the quiet village of Wagstaffe, or a short 20 minute ferry ride and you will be at Palm Beach.
