From the moment you walk through the gates, down the timber pathway, past the crystal clear heated pool and into the impressive entrance with huge raked ceilings and giant skylights - you’ll know you’ve chosen the right place. If you’re lucky enough to be here on New Years Eve, you can even watch the Newport fireworks from the comfort of the balcony!

The 6th Bedroom is a self contained studio apartment on the ground floor with internal access, deck, fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and private yard overlooking the waterway.
The inflatable dinghy has a small 2.5 HP motor and does not require a boat license however it is highly recommended someone has experience to operate it. Always distribute weight of persons evenly on the vessel at all times. Please read the plate next to the motor displaying required weight of people on board - and always wear a life jacket. It’s the law.
