Foods with strong aromas (like curry, fish & chips, or ghee) can linger and may require extra cleaning. If heavy odours remain, a specialist clean may be needed and additional fee charged for hire of Ozone Purifier
Parties & Events – We love that you’re here to relax and enjoy — but please, no parties or large gatherings.
Pets – As much as we adore furry friends, this home is pet-free.
Smoking – Strictly no smoking indoors. A specialist cleaning fee applies if this rule is broken.
Please simply smoke a distance from the verandahs to avoid smoke entering the home
Parking – Parking may be shared at times. Please park to the far side of the driveway and keep garage access clear.

Check-Out Tips – Before heading off, a quick tidy up is much appreciated: bins emptied, dishwasher stacked, and the space left to allow enough time to clean for our next guests .
