LAYOUT
Willaway is one of the original beach cottages build in the 1950¿s that scattered throughout Bonny Hill¿s headland and the cottage has been updated in style in 2021.
Upstairs features and open plan living, kitchen and dining room, as well as two bedrooms and 1 bathroom with separate toilet. Bedrooms offer luxury bedding with king bed in main, and queen and single bed in 2nd bedroom. Downstairs areas are accessible via outdoor stairs only, no internal access. Downstairs garage is converted into rumpus room with darts and pool table and BBQ to roll onto the outdoor patio. Downstairs has a traditional second bathroom aka laundry with shower and toilet, washing machine and dryer. NOTE overflow room for additional guests or space for teenagers with two king single beds and extra TV, accessible via outdoor stairs, there is no internal staircase, it a small space, hence not advertised as bedroom.
YARD
Fully fenced yard with white picket fence, landscaped gardens and potted palms make this a relaxing entertaining space after lazy days on the beach. Ocean views towards Little Beach.

THE AREA
Bonny Hills offers a relaxed lifestyle, beautiful beaches and community spirit with great cafes only a short stroll away as well as the local surf club open Friday night for drinks on the deck where you can soak up the sea views.
Bartletts Beach is one block way, 3 minutes walk, a protected beach for small children. Spoonys Bay is located through a lovely bush track about 5 minutes walks as well as Shelly Beach in the other direction, both have great rock pools at low tide, great for collecting shells with the kids. Patrolled Rainbow Beach is 5-10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive. Grab your coffees on your way through from either Crave@Bonnys or Bonnys Cafe.

We allow small non-shedding dogs on request, just chat to us. Please inform us about your dog breed and age, as courtesy to the property owner. Maximum 1 dog allowed. Pets not allowed on beds and lounge. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation of being a responsible pet owner.
We have many pet-friendly beaches and bush walking trails accessible on foot from the beach house.
OTHER
We cater to families and couples. Property not suitable for young adult groups, schoolies, uni-groups, large adult groups, hens or bucks crowds to keep our neighbours happy. We have other properties that might be suitable, just chat to us about your needs.
