This upstairs home boasts 2 bedrooms with fans only, with a Queen bed featured in one room and a King bed in the other and can be split into two single beds. The house is kept cool via fantastic aspect maximising the breezes from the North and South East as they come through the furnished lockable verandah.
The Space:
This is an upstairs Unit of a Duplex and boasts lockable verandas from up the stairs allowing security and privacy. Designed to maximise the air flow with a nice Park View the French Doors opening from the living area and bedrooms onto the veranda allowing these to be left open if you wish to maximise airflow.
With 2 bedrooms available depending on your booking, with a Queen bed in one which provides a fan, charging station and a hanging rack. The King bed in the larger room (set as default) can be split into two single beds at time of booking, offers a ceiling fan, charging station and a hanging rack. The lounge room is furnished with comfortable seating facing a mounted 50inch TV sporting a Chromecast for streaming sports and movies on the likes of Kayo and Netflix, YouTube and other streaming services on demand. The house is kept cool via fantastic aspects maximising the breezes from the North and South East as they come through the furnished veranda and is not airconditioned but has fans in living and bedrooms. The spacious kitchen incorporates a gas stove, family size fridge, dining setting and features plenty of storage space and all the necessary kitchen appliances, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc. The laundry is on the side of the kitchen as well. The yard provides off-street parking inside the fence and on-street parking is available if you choose this option.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full reign of the house, excluding any locked rooms. The backyard is available for Guest use but is shared with the neighbouring unit.
The Neighborhood:
The unit overlooks Alexandra Park & Gardens incorporating river walking paths, children’s playground, Historical Colonial Guns & the Bundaberg Zoo. Is opposite Officeworks and 1 minute walk to 8 different dine in or take away places just off the main motel strip of Bundaberg.
Getting Around:
Two major shopping centres, Hinkler Place & Stockland are close by, as are 3 Clubs, RSL, Across the Waves, & Brothers Club – each have a courtesy bus. There is a bus stop just outside Oscar Motel reception for your convenience.
Other Things to Note:
There will be an overdue return fee charged if keys are not returned as per booking instructions. If a pet is found on-premises, a minimum of $100.00 fee will apply. Our linen is supplied and washed by a commercial laundry.
Although we try to accommodate alteration requests, please be advised we do not allow "rescheduling" of the Check-in date by a difference of more than 14 days.
The property has Fans Only, there is no Air Conditioning at the property.

We are available to assist with any issues or concerns that arise, but otherwise have a hands-off approach to allow you to enjoy your holiday as you please.
