The Space:
With a fantastic aspect maximising breezes, the Interior of the house is upstairs where the spacious front veranda allows access to the Lounge Room via the French doors. Furnished with a comfortable lounge suite, the lounge room has a wall mounted smart TV with Chromecast connected to allow Netflix, YouTube and more to be streamed from your own device via NBN WIFI. The separate dining room is furnished with a dining setting for 6 and leads into a spacious kitchen featuring plenty of storage and all the necessary kitchen appliances, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc. Ceiling fans in these rooms add to the constant cool air flow. There are three bedrooms each with a ceiling fan and comfortably furnished, The Master Bedroom, comes with a King bed (which can be swapped for 2 King Single beds), the 2nd Bedroom which has a King bed (this can be swapped for 2x King Singles) and the 3rd Bedroom which has 2x King Singles (this can be swapped for a King bed ) & wardrobes. This property has polished timber floors and is continually being upgraded. There is one upstairs bathroom including the toilet. There is another toilet downstairs where the laundry is which has a front loader washing machine. The fully fenced yard provides off street parking inside the fence, and in the backyard there is a carport. On street parking is available if you choose this option. Pets are subject to approval, however not inside the house please.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full reign of the house, excluding any locked rooms. The available bedrooms will be dependent on how many guests have booked the property (see house rules below), additional rooms can be made available on request, additional fees of $25 per room, per night will apply. We welcome you to use facilities at our Oscar Motel, including the Pool and BBQ area according to Oscar Motel pool rules and times.
The Neighborhood:
This house is in a residential area overlooking Alexandra Park & the Burnett River. Walks along the river are very relaxing in the cool of the evening. Close by there are numerous eateries and takeaways like Chinese, Indian, Pizza & Noodle Bar as well as the Cheesecake shop.
Getting Around:
Enjoy your view of the Burnett River, a short 13 min walk up to Bundaberg's Alexander Park zoo will give plenty of fresh air for the day. One of Bundaberg's major shopping centers, Hinkler Central sits only 3 minutes away by car, alternatively public transport such as bus and taxi are available.
Other Things to Note:
We are pet friendly subject to approval of the pet by us and rules apply (Such as not inside the house). There is a pet fee of $15/per night for approved pets, If a pet is found to be on the premises without approval a $100 fee will be charged and acceptance of this booking acknowledges this.
There will be a $25 fee charged if keys are not returned as per booking instructions.
Our linen is supplied and washed by a commercial laundry.
With prior arrangement we have onsite storage for boats or caravans.
Laundry is located downstairs and can be accessed using guest key.
Although we try to accommodate alteration requests, please be advised we do not allow "rescheduling" of the Check-in date by a difference of more than 14 days.
Interaction with Guests:
