GUEST REGISTRATION FORM - You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Driver’s License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
NON-SMOKING POLICY: applies to all our holiday rental properties.
This Property is NOT PET FRIENDLY.
KEY COLLECTION - ALL KEYS MUST BE COLLECTED AND RETURNED TO OUR OFFICE as per our instructions – Lost keys will incur a $50 replacement fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY - WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately. The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
If a Cancellation is requested at any time, the 50% deposit will not be refunded but can be applied to a future date at the same property.
This credit can be held for 12 months only, after which it is forfeited.
(** If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements. This property does not have any policies, procedures, or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period.
