Only a 5 minute walk to Cowes Front Beach (approx) and Cowes main street with all its shops cafe's and restaurants.
Inside the lounge, dining and kitchen are open plan with a large flat screen tv and dvd player, comfortable sofas and stereo. There is a split system heating and cooling unit and polished timber floors. There is a central dining table and the kitchen is modern and well equipped. The kitchen has electric cooking, a microwave and dishwasher. The fridge is a good size and there are lots of platters and salad bowls perfect for alfresco dining. The deck is at the rear of the house with a large outdoor setting, a gas bbq, outdoor sink and crockery and cutlery - the perfect spot for summer bbqs.
There are three bedrooms, two with queen size beds. The bunk room has access to one family bathroom and the second bathroom is centrally located between the two queen bedrooms. There is a teenagers (or adult) retreat complete with TV, Playstation, couch and 2 armchairs, bean bag and ceiling fan - go and relax. The laundry is well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The garden is fully fenced and there is a nice lawn area and ample off street parking. This really is a very nice, well equipped home.
The family pet is welcome to come along too, but must remain strictly outside (conditions apply).
