“Beachfront Bliss” is a delightful apartment right in central Cowes with 180 degree water views, just a few metres from the beach and supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cowes. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
This amazing residence is all on one level. A side hallway from the entrance leads to Bedrooms 2 and 3 (each with BIR), the Bathroom (with bath & shower), a separate toilet and the Laundry (with washing machine). The huge central open plan Kitchen/Living/Dining Room (with 65" smart TV) provides acces to the incredible water-facing Balcony, as well as Bedroom 1 which has a WIR and ensuite (with shower & toilet).
Outdoor Areas
The large semi-covered balcony (with 8-seater outdoor setting and gas BBQ) provides stunning 180 degree views over the Cowes beach. The apartment is one of 12 apartments that has access to the indoor swimming pool (6.5m x 2.7m), 6-seater spa and toilets/change rooms which are accessed via a central courtyard. There is one dedicated car space in the secure shared underground car park and the apartment is accessed via a lift from the car park or lobby (there are also stairs). There is also direct access from within the complex to the rear of the Thompson Road shopping precinct.
The apartment complex has security cameras outside the building and in the lift and stairwell.
The communal pool & spa are managed by a 3rd party Body Corporate. Please talk to us about any implications for the pool & spa use, heating, etc.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Aldi pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There is a wall mounted reverse cycle airconditioner in the Living/Kitchen/Dining room, plus three additional stand-alone fans which can be used where required.
Bedding Configuration
This home has 6 beds, accommodating up to 9 guests:
Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen bed
Bedroom 3: One Tri-bunk, one Single bed and one Single trundle bed
Please note: The Tri-bunk has a double bed base with a single bed above it.
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
