The lower level offers a second lounge which opens up onto a rear courtyard, offering a private retreat with space to relax in the sun with a coffee and good book.
The lower level also has two bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with 2 sets of bunks, family bathroom and also the laundry complete with washing machine and dryer.
The property has split system heating and cooling for your comfort and the double car garage has a table tennis table and soccer table for your enjoyment. Whilst the garage cannot be used for parking there is space in front of the garage and a parking spot to the front of the property.
The property is pet friendly (by application only, conditions apply) so your four legged friend can come and enjoy the holidays with you, but must remain off of the furniture and must not go in any bedrooms.
The property is located in a small secure community with dual gated access and resort style facilities including in-ground heated pool and community BBQ and eating area and is located only a short stroll from the Cowes foreshore beach.
