Located in the beautiful Port Stephens is a fun, relaxing, well-presented 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home set amongst a beautiful natural bush outlook on 3 acres. The Salt House property offers the best of both worlds. A spacious coastal country setting whilst only being a few minutes drive to the stunning picturesque waters of Port Stephens. There is so many things to do and see in the area. There is something for everyone. Or just relax and enjoy time together relaxing at the property. The Salt House property has plenty of room for everyone. Kids can run around and explore. There are board games, totem tennis/soccer. Bring the bikes as there is plenty of grass area to ride. Free WIFI A lovely billiards room for a little fun. Boasting a fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area which includes a breakfast bar, microwave, dishwasher, oven, kitchen utensils. Fridge/ freezer and a generous amount of cupboard space. Excellent entertaining deck with BBQ. 2 reverse cycle air conditioners and ceiling fans in all 4 bedrooms. During the cooler months there is a large outdoor fire pit to relax around. 2 living areas, double carport and plenty of parking. Bring you boat for the boating and fishing enthusiasts. There are great boat ramps located near by. The 4 bedrooms consist of: Room 1: 1 x Queen bed 2 x Single beds Room 2: 1 x Queen bed Room 3: 1 x Double bed Room 4: 1 x Double bed Linen is supplied along with bedding, pillows, pillowcases There is a travel cot available, but this will need to be set up and packed away by the guests. Additional charges will apply if the cleaners need to pack it away. No linen is supplied for the cot. There is a high chair also available for the little ones. We ask that you bring your own BATH and BEACH TOWELS. Towels are not provided. Staying within this beautiful coastal rural setting we often have wildlife visit the property. Whilst we allow dogs to stay, please be very mindful of the wildlife around. Dogs are not permitted in the house unless written authorization is given in advance. The property operates on rainwater tanks. Newcastle airport is a 10 minute drive from our property. A supermarket is located within a 5 minute drive which is an added convenience. A short drive from Stockton Beach and Samaria Beach. Stockton Beach is one of the largest coastal dune driving areas in NSW.
There is 19 km of four-wheel drive access on Stockton Beach and designated dune driving areas. Vehicle permits are required.
