The home is located within just a few minutes walk to the beach via South Sea Reserve or a short Drive to the popular Somers General Store. The ground level of the home comprises of the main living area with TV, DVD player, stereo and a large open fire place to give you the ambiance in the cooler months, kitchen and dining area with timber dining table which accommodates up to eight people (plus six bar stools), electric hot plates, electric under bench oven and dishwasher. On the ground level you will also find two bedrooms, bathroom (shower & separate toilet) and laundry with front loader washing machine and dryer. Downstairs comprises of a living area with an extra dining table, remaining three bedrooms separate toilet and second bathroom (shower & bath). Ducted heating throughout home.
