You'll be glad you decided to stay at this beautifully located home. Only 100 metres walk to the beach. This home provides a single lock up garage as the other side is reserved for table tennis and games for the kids. The remote control is fixed on the back wall for 1 roller door.
This property also has a large deck out the side of the house for those lazy afternoons of relaxing. The doorway off from the dining is not available for use.

The dining table with seating for up to 12. The family room and lounge room both have 3 sofas and Ultra HD LED LCD Smart TV, the rumpus area located downstairs has a sofa and smaller TV great for the kids to get away. A reverse cycle air conditioner located in the family room, upstairs. Ceiling fans located in all bedrooms, lounge and dining areas. There are supplementary column heaters for the cooler evenings.
BEDROOMS Linen is included. Fans located in all bedrooms. Master Bedroom: Queen Size bed, walk-in robe and ensuite and another TV. - Bedroom 2- A Queen Bed. Bedroom 3- provides 2 single beds. Bedroom 4 - Queen size bed. Bedroom 5- located upstairs has a Queen Size bed.
BATHROOMS / LAUNDRY A spacious bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. The ensuite has a toilet and shower. The laundry located downstairs front loader washer and dryer with a separate toilet.
OUTSIDE There is a large entertaining sun deck with a bench table. The barbeque is located in the garage, you can wheel out to the back area near the outdoor shower for fuss free use. There's plenty of parking in the driveway and a single lock up garage. An outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. The boat ramp is located 300 m away in Mosquito Bay
