There is a compact space for relaxing with a well- equipped kitchenette featuring Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Induction cooker, Crockery, Cutlery, Fridge, Pots and Pans, Bowls, Condiments, Tea, Coffee and Milk. There is an iron and ironing board, broom, bucket and mop. The leather sofa folds out to a double- bed, there is a TV, Heater, Fan, Board Games, Books, extendable dining- table seating 4-6, Ensuite Bathroom with Hairdryer, Shower and Toilet and a separate Bedroom with Double bed and Electric blanket.
Many fixtures and features are hand- crafted by a local artisan, and may be commissioned by arrangement.
Breakfast ingredients for two adults are provided for the first day including toasting bread, butter, milk and assorted spreads.
Extra Breakfast, Gourmet or BBQ hampers with local produce may be provided if requested a minimum of 2- days in advance of arrival, at moderate cost.

The sunny Courtyard is fenced, secure and private, with a craftsman -built lockable gate, and features gas BBQ, dining setting for 6, herb garden, an abundance of plants, goldfish and views over Canberra. The courtyard is fringed by tall trees which add to privacy and provide shade on hot days.
