Luxury Cottage in an amazing location directly opposite the Kyneton Botanic Gardens enabling guests to enjoy the ambiance of the gardens and explore the local River walk.
Kenmaur has been beautifully renovated to provide comfort and luxury for our guests. Upon opening the front door you will be delighted by the original Baltic floorboards.
The cottage has three bedrooms, two with queen size beds and one with two king singles. Quality linen is provided to ensure our guests are very comfortable. The main bedroom has a luxurious ensuite and French doors leading to the outdoor deck.
The lounge room is very comfortable and includes a 55 inch TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has ample seating for six or more people.
The cottage has a European laundry fitted out with a combination washing machine/dryer.
Ducted heating is in all rooms, including the bathrooms making it very cosy for guests during the crisp Kyneton winters.
Reverse cycle Split System Airconditioning in the lounge filters through the house to create a comfortable ambiance on the warmer days.
The main bathroom incorporates a freestanding bath, twin basins and both bathrooms have quality fittings and rainmaker shower heads
The rear garden includes a deck and outdoor setting for guests to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Kenmaur Cottage is located within walking distance to the town centre (600 metres), many local restaurants, 1km to historic Piper Street and the 750 metres to the Kyneton Railway Station.
Off street parking is also provided at the property.
