The layout is perfectly suited to group getaways with beds for 4 couples or around 2 families. The open plan living space is great for entertaining with a central kitchen, dining area, and living area with gas fireplace. Plus ducted heating in all rooms, and reverse cycle split system.
Lauriston House has four bedrooms, plus two bathrooms. Bedroom configurations are as follows: -

Parking onsite for 2 cars in the driveway. Free Wi-Fi and Netflix. BBQ provided. All linen is supplied (hotel quality bed linen and towels).
Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 10am. Rate is for up to 8 guests (no extra couch-surfers).
No parties, and no Schoolies groups, 18th, 21st, hens, bucks, or other all-male groups.
