The modern homestead offers excellent accommodation comprising three large bedrooms upstairs, a big family bedroom downstairs, rumpus room with sofa beds, ensuite in master bedroom, full main bathroom with bath and a third shower and toilet.
A huge deck built right across the front of the house is ideal for relaxing or entertaining whilst enjoying the wonderful view.
Enjoy a bit of a challenge playing on the pool/table tennis table in the games room.
Enjoy the surrounding interests - historic towns, golf courses, vineyards and wine tours. Or just veg out and get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Kookaburras, wallabies and possums abound the property.
