Feel relaxed the moment you step through the front door to this nicely styled & furnished home. High raked ceiling with exposed timbers compliments this house with polished timber floorboards & slate tiles. The heart of your stay will surely be spent out on the water whether that is fishing, swimming, boating or having a picnic by the water or to simply sit on the back deck with a glass of wine to relax and take in the view.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for an extended stay, including cook top, oven, fridge and dishwasher. A welcome supply of tea, coffee, sugar will be provided.
Upon entry you will find a open plan living area and kitchen, lounge room & dining area. Upstairs you will have 2 bedrooms both with ensuites. One of the main bedrooms upstairs with ensuite also has a walk in wardrobe and even a balcony to sit and relax on.
Downstairs comprises the remaining 1 bedroom, main bathroom, laundry and second living space which flows seamlessly onto the covered verandah soaking up the views of the backyard.
Other features include: flat screen TVs that you are able to connect your netflix account to, full laundry facilities with washing machine, ceiling fans, air conditioning ,comfy lounges, gas fire place heater, kayaks & off street parking.

We have a strict no party or events policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday parties celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.
