3rd bathroom: Located upstairs in the hallway, includes a shower, bathtub, while the toilet is next door.
4th bathroom: Located in the fourth bedroom, includes a shower and toilet.

** Regarding Parking, you can either park on the street, or park on the driveway.
Guest Access:
Please treat the place as your home during the stay.
You are welcome to use the kitchen to make your own breakfast, the fridge to cool your drinks, and use the washing machine if you've run out of clean clothes.
Party and event are not allowed, please make sure the music kept at reasonable level, and no noise after 10pm.
Please clean your dishes and the oven after use, extra cleaning charges apply from $50 if the oven and other appliances are found uncleaned after use.
Please ensure all the lights, appliances,fans and AC are switched off when leaving.
Please return the keys back to the lockbox upon checkout.

There are strict policies against parties and events happening at this location. In order to ensure that our neighbors are not disturbed, we asked our guests to keep the noise down after 10 pm.
Additional Rules:
*NO SMOKING*: Any evidence of smoking would incur a penalty of $500 AUD.
*PARTIES*: Please do not make loud noise, as we have close neighbours and any loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction, and loss of security deposit.
Self-Check In: The way to check in is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instruction carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location. The check in instruction will be sent to you one day before your check in date.
LOSS OF KEYS: Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charge for loss of key/access devices would be $300 per set. If you get locked out of the property, we would charge $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).
DAMAGE Deposit will be ultilised to compensate any damage or loss happens in the room caused by the guest.
