This great little cottage provides a peaceful sanctuary right on the lakefront where Copacabana Beach meets MacMasters Beach. It is one of best kept secrets just 1.5 hours north of Sydney. Just a 100m walk to some of the best surfing beaches on the Central Coast your hardest decision for the day will be whether to surf, swim or kayak.
The simple design of the property has you relaxing from the moment you enter the gate. Wander down the passage to enter the house into a communal dining area that leads straight out to the lake and outdoor entertaining area and BBQ.
The modest kitchen has everything you would require including a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge. The lounge area with the gas fireplace is perfect year round for relaxed conversations or curling up to a movie classic on the TV with built in DVD.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (second bathroom in laundry) in this single level cottage. 1 queen bedroom with built in robe, 1 double room and 1 bunk room with 1 set of bunk beds and 1 king single. All bed and bath linen is supplied as well as tea and coffee and bathroom essentials.
Pet Policy: The property is pet friendly (upon prior approval from the owner) and your four legged friend will really feel spoiled. The garden is fully enclosed as well as the courtyard with BBQ and outdoor setting. The beach just 100m away is also off leash dog friendly heading south towards MacMasters Beach. Pets are to be kept off carpeted areas, beds, couches, cushions and other soft furnishings. Additional cleaning fees will apply if pets mark or soil these areas, or leave excessive fur or dirt behind.
