The Space:
The lounge room, kitchen & dining rooms, laundry & 2nd toilet are downstairs. The Dining room is fitted with a new refrigerator, a dishwasher for convenience, a hotplate and oven. The kitchen leads out to a small courtyard which is fully enclosed for privacy. Fitted with quality new furnishings, new refrigerator & washing machine the apartment has a "new" feel to it. With a 55β HD TV with Chromecast connected, to allow Netflix, YouTube and more, to be streamed from your own device. Upstairs, there are 3 spacious bedrooms all with reverse cycle air-conditioning with ceiling fans, a large bathroom & toilet. The main bedroom and second bedroom both offer King Beds that can be split into King singles, this bedding setup is to be organised when booking. Access to the property is via the front door into the lounge room and from the garage directly into a small hall leading into the laundry. There is a clothesline in the small rear courtyard. This property is continually being upgraded and is cleaned by professional motel cleaners. Our linen is supplied and washed by a commercial laundry.

The available bedrooms will be dependent on how many guests have booked the property (see house rules below), additional rooms can be made available on request, additional fees of $25 per room, per night will apply.

Close to the heart of Bundaberg you will find yourself only a 12 minute walk away from one of our major shopping centers, Hinkler Central. another 10 minute walk away and you will find yourself browsing the many shops, cafes and restaurants Bundaberg has to offer. if you find yourself looking for public transport the nearest bus stop sits a quick 2 minute walk away.

There will be a $25 fee charged if keys are not returned as per booking instructions.
If a pet is found on premises a minimum of $100.00 fee will apply. Our linen is supplied and washed by a commercial laundry.
Although we try to accommodate alteration requests, please be advised we do not allow "rescheduling" of the Check-in date by a difference of more than 14 days.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available if there are any issues or concerns that arise, but otherwise we are quite happy to have a hands-off approach to allow you to enjoy your stay as you please. Keys for the Townhouse are to be collected from & dropped off to Oscar Motel 252 Bourbong Street Bundaberg.
