This double story Queenslander accommodates up to 13 guests in 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and multiple living / eating areas.
The spacious downstairs section of the house includes two bedrooms. The queen bedroom has a dual access bathroom whilst the double bed room has an electric adjustable bed perfect for any back or mobility concerns.
Downstairs also boasts a comfortable air conditioned lounge room with large smart TV, bar area and second (beer) fridge. There is an indoor eating space, large outdoor eating area with BBQ plus an outdoor lounge area at the front of the property. All these zones provide guests intimate spaces to spread out and enjoy.
The upstairs section of the house includes 3 more bedrooms, a quaint sun room, kitchen and air conditioned dining room complete with another smart TV. The king Bedroom is air conditioned with a large closet and even a safe. The large second bedroom includes 2 singles, 1 king single and 1 double bed. The 3rd bedroom doubles as a extra sitting room or queen bed. This room also enjoys another smart tv.
There is 2 washing machines (upstairs and downstairs) and a dryer and iron for all your laundry needs.
This large home sits on a very generous 1/4 acre block with double gates allowing tool trailers or other valuables to be locked away safely at night. Beautiful landscapes gardens surround the house providing a sense of privacy and tranquility.
The property is only 1.2 to a super IGA and 3km to town. It's also just 1.5km to the best cafe in town, Oodies, for your morning coffee!
