Come and feel yourself sparkle by the lake at this direct waterfront luxury home. Newly built coastal holiday retreat in the best location of Bonnells Bay, you will be surrounded by waterview's, natural light and a peaceful, relaxing location.
3 separate areas catering for families and groups. Upstairs in the house you will find main kitchen and living room opening to a spacious deck with amazing view of the lake and swimming pool, master bedroom with king bed, walk in robe and ensuite with double shower and private balcony looking over the water and bedroom/office with single bed. The office has screen to plug laptop to. Upstairs powder room with toilet and vanity. The laundry is very spacious with washing machine and dryer (washing detergent supplied), steam iron and ironing board and all the towels you will need for your stay. You will find a smart TV with direct data to internet. The kitchen is a fully contained kitchen, Air fryer, double oven, toaster, kettle, sandwich press, steamer, Nespresso coffee maker and some coffee pods and tea bags for your use.
Take the internal stairs downstairs (note, top and bottom of the stairs have a full door so you can close off for little kids) you will find a living space with Smart TV with direct data to internet, Wii and games to use (see photo), kids DVDs and loads of games (see photo), electric piano. Off the living room is the downstairs powder room with toilet and vanity, main bathroom with shower, vanity and bath. There is another kitchenette with additional washing machine downstairs as well. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms both looking directly out to water views with queen beds and walk in robes.
There is a home gym with lots of equipment available for use, please see photos for details, you enter the gym from the downstairs kitchenette or externally via the remote-controlled single garage door.
The self-contained granny flat is directly near the waters' edge and has a bathroom and kitchenette with fridge/freezer, air fryer, toaster and kettle. You will find a queen bed, single bed and a spare queen size mattress (see mustard mattress in photo), if you would like to use this, you will find sheets and blankets in the granny flat cupboard. There is a smart TV with internet access in the Granny Flat. The granny flat has 2 sliding doors, one from the backyard and the other from the waterfront side. You can access the Granny flat by walking through the main house to the backyard or via the side gate of the house.
The pool has 2 entrances, directly to the waterfront and from the backyard. It is a saltwater pool and is not heated. Ample pool toys for the warmer months. We have 2 kayaks, one fishing Kayak and fits 3 people and the other is a single kayak.
Please note that the double garage isn't accessible, however ample parking space on the driveway, fits 4 large cars.
Bonnells Bay is a lovely peaceful location, if you are a boating enthusiast, please note that the jetty is not this properties jetty, It is a crown jetty and I do not own the license, however there is a public boat ramp 1 min from the house (see photo for details) and your boat and trailer would fit on the driveway. There is a hose at the side of the house to use to clean the boat.
45 mins to Hunter Valley and Newcastle and 30 minutes to Tuggerah Westfield and Central Coast, there are many activities to do should you leave the house. The famous 8@Trinity Restaurant is a 10 minute drive and a must try dining experience. You also have Bonnells Bay local shops 5 mins drive that contains Coles, Indian takeaway, Chinese takeaway, fish and chips shop, Cafe's, Post Office, Chemist, Hairdressers and Beautician. The Bay Hotel across from the shops is also an excellent bistro to get a meal if you don't want to cook.
