Large balcony with outdoor setting, alfresco umbrella and BBQ. Modern throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and plumbed water filter. Dining and living area with Smart TV ( Netflix, Prime etc) , DVD player, blue tooth speaker and Chromecast TV, bluetooth speaker, wireless phone charger and reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fans in kitchen and living areas.
One queen bedroom upstairs with iPod dock, wireless phone charger and ceiling fan.
Bathroom upstairs with shower, toilet and vanity
Downstairs features the main bedroom with sea views, King bed, Smart TV, wireless phone charger. Double access bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and a separate toilet. Third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Lovely courtyard at the rear with outdoor setting and a remote controlled double lock up enclosed carport and small lawn garden. Garage door is 2m in height.
