Outdoor dining is catered for with furniture & a gas barbecue set up on the front glassed & gated sun deck with sea breezes & some ocean view. Your well-behaved pet is invited to join you on holiday by prior application.
Tuross Head offers pristine beaches & lakes for fishing, boating, swimming & kayaking. Village shopping, children’s playground, cafes & the golf/bowling club are just minutes away.
Off-street driveway parking space for 2 vehicles.
The Space:
The house offers an open plan kitchen, dining & living area with reverse cycle heating & cooling for year round comfort. Master bedroom (queen bed) with en-suite bathroom, two additional bedrooms (one queen bed, 1 tri-bunk & 1 single bed) & 2nd bathroom. Both queen rooms have ceiling fans.
On the lower level is a second living area with TV. Laundry facilities are provided with washing machine & clothes dryer plus a 3rd WC.
Guest Access:
Check in from 2pm - Check out by 10am
Option 1: "Meet us there"
Jay and/or Lyne will be waiting to meet you on arrival and provide a brief tour of the house, its features, and answer any questions you may have about the property or Tuross Head in general. This is a great opportunity to get to know us and ask any questions you may have about your stay.
Option 2: "Self Check-In"
If you prefer to or are arriving late, self check-in is available by way of the keysafe. We will let you know the code a few days prior to check in. This option is great for those who like many enjoy a few stops along the way.

Please note; The back garden is fully fenced & there is a gate on both the front deck & at the top of the internal stairs.

• Booking fee $55 – Maximum 8 Guests.

• Minimum 7 night stay during peak season.
Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms; Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may be canceled. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID.Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all.
Pets - Prior to making a booking please make us aware that you plan on bringing a pet. A fee of $55 is applicable for each pet and there are associated terms and conditions. Pets must not be left at the property by themselves for any long periods (ie, more than 15 mins) as it can lead to them feeling distressed in a new environment and disturb neighbours with extended howling & barking. You must bring all supplies for your pet. Bedding, food & water bowls, toys etc. Pets are not permitted on the furnishings or in the bedroom areas.
Security Deposit . A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies at The Blue House Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings.
Guests numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 8 persons including adults & children. Additional fees apply over 5 guests.
A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.
Large group bookings, parties or events are not accepted at The Aspect. The property is non smoking internally.
