This fabulous home has all the amenities you need to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay, including ducted heating and cooling and Wi-Fi internet. All bed linen & bath towels are supplied. The property can accommodate up to 8 guests in style!
The Space:
Boasting stunning sea views the entry-level offers a very spacious fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining & living area with an adjoining front deck.
To the rear of the property is a 2nd sitting area with television & a sheltered patio with gas barbecue & outdoor furniture.
The master bedroom features a king bed & ensuite bathroom. An additional two bedrooms ( 1 queen & 1 double bed), full bathroom & laundry complete the accommodation on this level. Internal stairs lead down to a 4th bedroom (queen bed) & 3rd bathroom.
A double garage is provided for guest use together with off-street parking in the driveway. The grounds are fenced & gated.
Bring your bicycle, surfboard & fishing rod because with a location like this you can leave the car at home & enjoy all the pleasures of a coastal holiday. The wonderful walk /cycleway across the street provides access to village shopping & the country club & golf course.

Option 1: "Meet us there"
Jay and/or Lyne will be waiting to meet you on arrival and provide a brief tour of the house, its features, and answer any questions you may have about the property or Tuross Head in general. This is a great opportunity to get to know us and ask any questions you may have about your stay.
Option 2: "Self Check-In"
If you prefer to or are arriving late, self check-in is available by way of the keysafe. We will let you know the code a few days prior to check in. This option is great for those who like many enjoy a few stops along the way.
The Neighborhood:
Looking for a place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life? Look no further than Tuross Head. With two lakes and beautiful beaches, you can enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, and cycling all year round. Located directly opposite the beach this fabulous home is sure to become a favourite with couples and families alike.
Other Things to Note:
There are internal stairs from the ground level garage up to the main living area - no child gate. There is one step up from the rear entrance (onto the deck).
• Non Smoking – No Party Policy – No Group Bookings - Sorry, no pets!
• Bring Your Own Beach Towels & Toiletries.
• Booking fee $125 – Maximum 8 Guests.
• Refundable guest bond $500 is payable - details below.
• Minimum 7 night stay during peak season.
Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms; Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may be canceled. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID. Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all.
Security Deposit . A refundable guest security deposit of $500.00 applies at Residensea Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings.
Guests numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 8 persons including adults & children. Additional fees to apply after 4 guests.
A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.
