BEDROOM:
Bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed (shelves with clothing rack). Bedroom 2 has 1 double-sized and 1 single bed all topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen - has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathrooms have showers and toilets. There is also 1 separate toilet room. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a 75" smart Samsung TV which you can use. It also has access to local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
No parking space is available on the property but you can use limited (3) visitor parking spaces (if available). Also, free Thurralilly Street parking has no time limit/restriction.
There is a key-safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!
This property is great for individuals wanting upscale city life, as it is located in the heart of Queanbeyan close to stores, sporting fields, local schools, public transport, and only a short drive to Queanbeyan's CBD!

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
1. Let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard check-in/out times. We'd need to collect $20 for the first 30 minutes and an additional $40 for the next 30-minute increments when there is a breach in the observance of standard check-in and out times.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the regular cleaning and linens in the property. As this is not a hotel, please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be requested (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy on our Airbnb listing.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of people that can book the property. Any non-guests must leave by 10:00 pm. And there should strictly be no loud noise after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty if this house rule is breached.
7. There are some items in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk) that you are welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics (i.e. muesli). We don't stock in the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. I list my property as not suitable for kids or infants as it is not child-proofed and we don't have baby amenities (i.e. high chair, cot). However, if the kids will be under adult supervision at all times, booking with children is no problem.
