You’ll have use of the (shared) freshwater mineral pool, parking, and everything else you could want or need along with our entertainment facilities. Make yourself at home within the cool hemp masonry walls of this solar passive, sustainable house, fish from the private jetty and rejuvenate among the stunning Australian landscape…a wonderful Lake Break awaits you!
The walls are clay covered, exterior is lime rendered so the external walls are breathable. This keeps the house at a stable temperature, removes mould and cleans your air. Once you experience staying in this house, you will understand the difference.
When you leave you will know that you have just had a real treat and want to return again and again.
Hemp masonry is termite and fire resistant. The hemp walls will petrify over 60 years and during that time this house will remove 7 tonnes of carbon dioxide. It is one of the largest hemp homes in Australia.
This beautiful home will comfortably sleep 6 guests. Bed linen, bath linen and a welcome supply of amenities is all provided for your convenience.

You will find the fully equipped kitchen including a portable conventional oven, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher, open plan dining and living area which flows seamlessly onto the verandah.
Please note the unique layout of this 3 story home means that a resident lives upstairs where you will not have any access too as well as the lower level which can be occupied to seperate guests on the same occasion.
There is a common area at the front of the home to enter your accommodation with a shared laundry with other occupants and/or resident.
The pool area is also shared with other possible occupants

We have a strict no party or events policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday party celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.
